THE TRAVEL DIARIES: SALISBURY

Salisbury has to be one of my most favourite places yet. It has the most picturesque scenery, it is just like you’ve walked into a oil painting. There are gorgeous meadows, little brooks and the towns are neat, tidy and very quaint.

We explored the cathedral there, which took us half a day in itself. It is so large and has history like you would never believe. It was a totally new experience for us. We learned interesting things like where sayings such as “Eves Dropping” and “The stinking rich” originate.
There are beautiful graves in the floors made out of marble and it is hard to believe that it was made by hand.

Thanks again to our awesome hosts/photographers Adrian and Wendy!
