You have those times where everything goes wrong. You have those stages where you are stressed and everything is on your mind or gets on your nerves. Sometimes you just need to chill.
Life is fast paced, everything hits you at once and you aren’t able to slow down. You have to take it as it comes.
I like to sit down with a glass of wine, a cup of coffee, a book or a friend. Ideally a combination of these. We all cope differently with our stresses which could be something to do with different types of stresses too.
Sometimes you just need to chill
Lately my life has been very busy. It has been stressful and I have had to do things I don’t really want to do.
A friend of mine once gave an opinion that hits home with me- “anything that is on your mind is some type of stress”. Things like selling my car or visiting my grandparents aren’t things that are bad- but they are things that are on my mind, contributing to the many other things that are on my mind.
When you need to chill it can mean many things. It can be taking a step back and thinking things through or it can be just taking your attitude down a notch or two. It can be accepting things that you may not want to and just going about your life. Those times are times that I think you need to sit back, chill and think about how you want to go about carrying on.
I wanted to share this post with you to let you know that no matter where you are in life, how exciting things are or how normal everything is- it is important to sit back and just chill. Take that time for yourself and enjoy it.
