It never really occurred to me that there is a part of my skincare routine that I dont tell anyone- it just something that I do without thinking.
Every night there are a couple steps aside from my normal skincare regimen that I take right before I go to bed, I thought I would share these with you today.
Step 1: I try to take my vitamins before bed every night- Im not sure why, I just prefer it that way. I take Iron, Magnesium, Fish Oil and Vitamin C which may sound like a lot to you, but I can assure you I am lacking in a lot. I think taking vitamins are quite essential to your health but also play a big part in your skincare routine!
Step 2: Hand Cream and Body Moisturiser. You know I am a hand cream fanatic, I keep a tube of The Body Shop’s Almond Hand Cream next to my bed. (This one was a gift, I usually get a big one). For my body I like to use the Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula Firming Butter or my choice of a The Body Shop Body Butter (at the moment I’m all about the Honeymania).
Step 3: Cuticle Oil. The last step, I need all the help I can get with my nails. They are brittle and love to chip and flake- bane of my life, as my mother has gorgeous strong feminine nails. I would be lying if I told you I don’t strive to achieve nails of her standard. Im using the Sally Hansen Vitamin E Nail and Cuticle Oil. Love this stuff to bits, I also carry the Aromatherapy Co. Cuticle Oil in my handbag.
