Happy 2016!

As you can tell I had a little holiday but I’m back and ready to go! I thought I would share with you my Paleo Bread Recipe (one made up of a lot of others) that I’ve been having in the morning if I don’t have fruit! Its quick, easy and convenient- and for that I love it.

PREP: 5 Mins

COOKING: 30-40 Mins



2 TSP Poppy Seeds

1 TSP Rosemary (chopped)

1 TBS Chia

1TSP Bicarb Soda

65G Arrowroot

200G Ground Almonds

3 Eggs

1/4 Coconut Oil (Melted)

2TSP Pouring or Runny Honey

1 TSP Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 Cup Nut Milk



Preheat Oven to 180˚C and Line a loaf tin of your choice. (I use coconut oil to grease mine)

Place first 7 ingredients in a bowl and mix well

Whisk last 5 ingredients together and combine well with dry ingredients

Place mixture into your greased or lined tin and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes and then cool on a wire rack.

Easy, isn’t it! This is very versatile and you can add and remove as ingredients as you wish- just don’t add too much bicarb soda on accident as I have on a couple of occasions, it doesn’t taste too great!
