It’s my second day of my detox and I am already feeling great. I feel less bloated, I look forward to my juices knowing they are packed with great nutrients.

I have been substituting foods I love for better foods for a a good month now and I am really starting to notice the improvement. My hair is shinier and stronger, as are my nails. I get complemented at work and they ask how I do it- and I think now, it’s just common sense isn’t it?

I have a lot of drive to continue on with this style of living and eating, not only the detox but constantly substituting daily staples for more natural ones.
